The foundational item of our business is footwear. For the past five years, we have been selling footwear to this nation. We offer top-notch leather shoes that are imported from all around the world. According to our system data, we have already sold more than 1 lac pairs of shoes online, where the customer satisfaction percentage was a remarkable 98%. Over the past five years, we have established demand for our products by providing high-quality products to our customers. People all around the country come directly to our warehouse to buy shoes because they are so satisfied with our products. The goal of JeansFellow Footwear is to become known as a quality footwear and fashion accessory business that combines high-quality leather goods with a positive shopping experience.
INVESTMENT MODEL
Let's look at the model from a structural perspective. Two categories of costs are involved in developing a shoe store: infrastructure costs (fixed costs) and production supply costs (running costs). As a result, we divided the investor body into two halves.
1. An infrastructure investor who is a Franchisee (You)
2. Product Supplier / Brand who is a Franchisor (We)
The franchisee will pay for the infrastructure of our location, while we, the franchisor, will provide the goods and oversee sales. The franchisee and franchisor will split the net profit each month. The primary model is this one. However, there is a detailed proposal that can be accessed by contacting us.
HOW WE DELIVER YOU A JF STORE
Find Store →
We will perform all types of outlet zone mapping, optimal position estimates, and estimating with the help of our knowledgeable staff or partner.
Agreement Sign →
We will complete the required outlet agreements with the property owner in the franchisee's presence. Our legal vendor will complete all legal paperwork types.
Design & Renovation →
Our skilled vendors will complete every inside and exterior task. Additionally, the outlet will receive two renovations per year from us.
Recruit & Staff Training →
We have potential HR and Trainers on our team, therefore before we start the sales operation, we will hire people for the outlet and train them in sales.
Store Management →
We'll manage all stock, sales, advertising, and service-related tasks when we launch the business.
Access, Report & Profit Sharing
The franchisee will have full access to the systems for controlling sales. The franchisee will also get accurate monthly reports.
