TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
- 1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to your usage of JeansFellow Footwear (Registered as Brotherhood Enterprise), a web-based on-demand cross-border footwear retailer.
- 1.2. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
- 1.3. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not visit this website.
2. ORDER POLICY
- 2.1. Purchase is only available for products which are shown on the website.
- 2.2. All of our products shown on the website are imported from China and are available for pre-order; these will be referred to as global products.
- 2.3. Some products may be described as stock products since they are available in our warehouse.
- 2.4. Only stock products are eligible for 100% Cash on Delivery (COD).
- 2.5. Orders containing global products must be confirmed with full or partial advance payment.
- 2.6. Once the order is paid, it cannot be canceled.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
- 3.1. JeansFellow Footwear facilitates its consumers with an “Open Box Policy’’ which means while receiving the product you can check your parcel at your doorstep in front of the delivery agent.
- 3.2. The maximum delivery period for a stock product is 2 working days inside Dhaka and 3-4 working days outside of Dhaka from the date of order confirmation.
- 3.3. It takes approximately 10 to 15 working days from the order confirmation date for global products to be delivered.
- 3.4. Delivery may be delayed due to any inconvenient circumstance, including courier troubles, severe weather, customs problems, domestic or international issues, political issues, and so forth. To compensate for these inconveniences, we need an additional 10 working days to deliver global products.
4. RETURN POLICY
4.1. RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
The delivered product can be returned and eligible for refund or exchange:
- 4.1.1. If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery
- 4.1.2. If the size of a product does not match the one ordered.
- 4.1.3. You cannot return/exchange a product because of a “change of mind” or “no longer needed”
4.2. RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS
- 4.2.1. As we offer “Open Box Policy”, you must check before receiving a product in front of the delivery agent.
- 4.2.2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
- 4.2.3. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- 4.2.4. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards (if have any), freebies, and accessories.
- 4.2.5. Return charge will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
4.3. REFUND POLICY & PROCESS
- 4.3.1. If you paid in advance and the item you ordered is a global item, you can request a refund if the product is not delivered within the allotted time frame (as stated in the Order Policy). Before the specified time period, you are not eligible to claim a refund.
- 4.3.2. If you paid in advance and are eligible to return the order (As per the Above-Mentioned Eligibility & Terms), you can claim a refund without any hesitation.
- 4.3.3. If you are eligible for refund, we will receive your refund claim, after verifying the eligibility from our side you will get the paid amount as a refund within 10 working days from the claim date.
4.4. EXCHANGE POLICY & PROCESS
- 4.4.1. In the case of an exchange, if the new selected product is a global product, it will take 10-15 working days more to get the exchanged delivery.
- 4.4.2. Customers have to bear the additional return charges for the old item and delivery charges for the new one.
- 4.4.3. If your item is not defective/damaged or incorrect (size, color) or you are not eligible for refund or exchange and still you want an exchange, in that case, you have to pay a service charge of BDT 200 during the delivery of a new one.
